Traditional Argentine empanadas

Cooking your Pipi Cucu empanadas

1- Pre-heat oven to 230°C

2-Line your tray with baking paper. If you don't have any, spread a thin film of oil to avoid the empanadas sticking to tray.

3-Bake the empanadas between 12-25 minutes or until golden. The filling comes pre-cooked and frozen so all you are really doing is baking the pastry and defrosting and warming the filling. So keep an eye for that beautiful golden colour and they should be ready to eat. 

4- Let them cool down a bit and be careful when eating them, some empanadas can be really juicy.

STORAGE : Store below -18°   - If Defrosted cook within 2 days.
